Position: Talent Acquisition / Recruiter
Availability: Full Time (both work in the office and from home)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizens Only
Description: Cymertek Corporation is looking for an outgoing self-starter who can handle Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (and potentially some sales support in the future if candidate desires). We are a small (but very busy and growing) information technology firm in the Hanover area supporting customers primarily in Maryland and Virginia. We have between 50 and 200+ open Information Technology positions at any one time that our company has the opportunity to staff (with a large backlog of work on it's way). We offer an environment where the right person can flourish and grow!
You must:
  • Be very outgoing (you must be able to "Wow!!" people)
  • Have 100% attention to detail
  • Ability to be very flexible regarding work hours (whatever it takes to get the job done)
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, selection)
  • Superior phone and in-person persona (very professional)
  • Ability to work with leadership as well as programs
  • Online Savvy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Solid writing skills (will need to map resumes to program requirements)
  • Preferably can "talk technical" to candidates (we will help train - but this will be a plus)
  • Experienced with (or willing to learn) an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Experienced with Google Docs / Microsoft Word and other common document applications.
