POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft and Oracle applications
Customize and integrate PeopleSoft and Oracle modules
Implement system upgrades and patches
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
Collaborate with business teams to define software requirements
Create and maintain system documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (e.g., PeopleCode, Application Engine)
Expertise in Oracle development and database management
Strong understanding of ERP systems and workflows
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming
Familiarity with integration techniques (e.g., Web Services, REST APIs)
Experience with PeopleSoft security and role management

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, Oracle Reports)
Understanding of automation and scripting tools
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization
