POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft and Oracle applications
  • Customize and integrate PeopleSoft and Oracle modules
  • Implement system upgrades and patches
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
  • Collaborate with business teams to define software requirements
  • Create and maintain system documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (e.g., PeopleCode, Application Engine)
  • Expertise in Oracle development and database management
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and workflows
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming
  • Familiarity with integration techniques (e.g., Web Services, REST APIs)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft security and role management

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, Oracle Reports)
  • Understanding of automation and scripting tools
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization
