POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions
Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles
Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements
Manage the development lifecycle from planning to deployment
Facilitate communication between development and product teams
Identify and resolve project and team impediments

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in software development (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
Strong communication and leadership abilities

DESIRED SKILLS

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
Familiarity with DevOps practices
