KEY SUMMARY

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications
- Customize PeopleSoft modules and features based on business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within PeopleSoft applications
- Ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and implement requirements
- Write and maintain PeopleSoft-related technical documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (e.g., PeopleCode, Application Engine)
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft security and role management
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft integration techniques (e.g., Web Services, Integration Broker)
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft fluid user interface development
- Understanding of PeopleSoft PeopleTools architecture
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Familiarity with BI Publisher for reporting
- Understanding of PeopleSoft HCM and Financials modules
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft data migration and upgrades
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization in PeopleSoft
