- Manage the development lifecycle from planning to deployment
- Facilitate communication between development and product teams
- Identify and resolve project and team impediments
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in software development (e.g., Java, Python, C++)
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
